New construction of high rise corporate office tower in downtown Minneapolis. The first floor includes a chapel and meditation room and a company art gallery as well as a branch of the Thrivent Federal Credit Union located on the skyway level. A “Central Court Drive” runs through the center of the block and allows car entry to the two levels of underground parking.
