For this buildout of a 50,000 s.f. grow facility in Onamia, MN, Hunt’s role was to install new twin 3000A switchboards and distribution, lighting fixtures, specialty lighting and equipment connections, mechanical connections, and card access. 

From Seed to Sale

This is the first full-scale cannabis cultivation facility for Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV). MLCV will oversee the entire cannabis operation, from planting to selling, with a scheduled completion date of fall 2024. 

Boosting the Economy

Situated behind the Grand Casino Mille Lacs in Onamia, the introduction of this grow facility will help MLCV establish additional forms of revenue. Profits will be reinvested into the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, and the facility will create more jobs for the Mille Lacs Tribal Economy.
