General Motors Bowling Green Assembly

Bowling Green has remained the exclusive home of the Chevrolet Corvette, America’s sports car, for over 30 years.  Today, Bowling Green features a new paint shop that uses dry scrubber technology, LED lighting and a limestone system to create a world-class paint job while minimizing our ecological footprint.  Hunt was responsible for the entire paintshop process system including the installation of 4 spraybooth paint line systems; the installation of all Fanuc robot systems; installation of oven, utility, RTO, dry scrubber, paintmix, and ventilation system; installation of power distribution of switchyard, and the installation of 480V power, 120V/24V control power, Denet/Enet communication wire, tooling, and instrumentation wire.
