Cotter Elementary - Loretto Hall

Cotter is a private K-12 school located in Winona, MN. They have a growing campus and a desire to provide state of the art facilities for their students. Hunt Electric was selected by Schwab Construction as a design build partner for the 90,000 sq ft renovation and addition to an existing building which will accommodate the needs of their elementary students.

This project has a unique design in that the existing building was renovated from a four story building to a three story building and includes a three story addition which is not at the same elevation.
