Bluewater Flats

This beautiful new construction project is the development of an apartment building with lake views.  The facility includes 83 one and two bedroom apartments and 12,0000 s.f. of retail space.  Hunt Electric furnished and installed a new building service with diesel standby generator, parking lot lighting, separate apartment metering, and all retail, office, and living space electrical finishes.

Our in-house low voltage contractor in Duluth - ARS - furnished and installed a complete fire alarm system, two-way communication, and data/tv cabling throughout.
