Amazon Fulfillment Center

Located on around 110 acres of farmland, this project was new construction of a 1.3 million square foot fulfillment center.  The facility is two stories, 40 feet high, and includes 52 exits, and 15 bathrooms.  It is the largest in the city and thought to be the largest in North Dakota.  Workers at the center pack and ship large customer purchases such as sports equipment, patio furniture, fishing rods, pet food, kayaks, bicycles and other household goods.
