New construction of 30-story high-rise luxury apartment building in downtown Minneapolis consisting of 369 apartments, 5 floors of parking 6th floor amenity space with pool and outdoor spaces, ground floor retail spaces and a skyway connection to the adjacent building. Our in-house low voltage contractor, ECSI System Integrators was responsible for the low voltage systems including security, voice/data, fire alarm, and emergency call systems.
