Hunt Electric Partners with The Sandwich Project of Minnesota to Help Feed the Twin Cities

Hunt Electric teamed up with The Sandwich Project of Minnesota to make over 1,300 sandwiches for local food shelves—just one of the many ways we’re committed to giving back to our community

BLOOMINGTON, MN – April 2025 – Team members from Hunt Electric rolled up their sleeves for a cause close to our hearts—fighting food insecurity. In partnership with The Sandwich Project of Minnesota, we gathered to make and donate more than 1,300 sandwiches to five Twin Cities food shelves: Groveland Food Shelf, It's A New Day Ministries, Salvation Army - Harbor Light, Simpson Food Pantry, and Division of Indian Work.

The Sandwich Project of Minnesota is a grassroots nonprofit committed to feeding as many people in need as possible. They work with local volunteers and organizations to deliver thousands of sandwiches every week to shelters and food pantries across the metro area. Their mission is simple but powerful: feed those who are hungry today.

This sandwich-making event is just one example of how Hunt Electric continues to support our local communities. Whether we're donating time, resources, or talent, giving back is woven into the fabric of who we are. In the past year alone, our teams have participated in holiday toy drives, hosted blood donation events, supported local schools with back-to-school supply kits, and partnered with organizations like Hearts and Hammers to build stronger communities.

At Hunt Electric, we believe we're better together—any way you slice it. 😊
