Jodi Wiemerslage Selected as Future Leader of The Year
Our very own Project Manager, Jodi Wiemerslage, recently received news that she was nominated and selected as the recipient of the “Future Leader of the Year” award from the National Association of Women in Construction.
This award was established to recognize outstanding efforts of a new NAWIC member who has been actively involved throughout their first two NAWIC years. Mary Becker at HiMEC, who nominated Jodi for the award, said “Normally, a person hangs back and might get involved in a committee or two in their first or second year, but it’s rare to see someone jump into the role of president. It’s even more rare to see them take on new projects and with such enthusiasm.” Jodi has been with Hunt Electric for 10 years working in our Rochester location and has taken a very active role in getting involved in the construction community. Jodi will receive the award at the national convention in September in Nashville. Congratulations Jodi!
