Design/build construction of a new 7,000 seat environmental-friendly ballpark featuring 300 solar panels that generate 12% of the stadium’s electricity, and a 27,000 gallon rain water collector that supplies the park’s sprinklers and toilets. The facility includes a large concessionaire kitchen, a cistern system for processing storm-water, a clubhouse, weight/workout room, hydrology room, large trainers space, dedicated storage space, team and individual offices, and a batting tunnel with two cages. The multi-use event center also has conference spaces, a club room seating 250,  and a three-terrace group seating area for 125 people.
