HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital and Specialty Center
HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital and Specialty Center | Healthcare Electrical Construction
Project Overview: Advanced Clinical Care, Thoughtful Site Integration, and Efficient Building Design
The new HealthPartners Lakeview Hospital and Specialty Center will deliver state of the art healthcare services for the St. Croix Valley, east metro, and western Wisconsin communities. Designed as a patient centered, community connected campus, the facility brings together advanced clinical care, thoughtful site integration, and efficient building design.
The hospital and specialty center will include a birth center, cancer center, heart center, emergency center, outpatient surgery, same day imaging, and a TRIA orthopedics clinic with urgent care services. Completion is scheduled for early 2028.

Designing a Patient Centered Healthcare Environment
The facility was designed with a strong emphasis on natural light, patient privacy, and caregiver efficiency. A vertical tower configuration reduces the overall footprint while increasing the number of patient rooms oriented toward adjacent wetlands and green space.
The campus integrates more than five acres of preserved wetlands, landscaped green space, and pedestrian pathways, creating a healing environment that connects patients, staff, and the surrounding community while buffering service areas to minimize noise and visual impact.
