Bismarck Motor Company Campus Project

The Bismarck Motor Company campus is a multi brand automotive development designed to support Honda, Subaru, and Volkswagen operations within a single, unified site. The project includes three separate 45,000 square foot facilities, totaling 135,000 square feet of advanced automotive space.

Hunt Electric, through Mayer Electric, delivered a turnkey electrical and low voltage solution that integrates three independent manufacturer environments into a cohesive infrastructure while maintaining strict compliance with each brand’s corporate identity standards.

This project required a unique approach to electrical and systems integration. Each manufacturer operates under distinct corporate standards, requiring dedicated systems while still benefiting from shared infrastructure across the campus.

Network Segmentation for Brand Data Isolation

Strict data separation was required to maintain manufacturer specific systems.

• VLAN partitioning at the network switch level
• Complete separation of diagnostic and operational data between brands

Campus Wide Fire Alarm System

A comprehensive life safety system was installed across all facilities.

• Addressable fire alarm system with voice evacuation
