New construction of (2) adjacent, 2-story structures joined at the half levels resulting in 4 levels of finished space, plus a mechanical penthouse, with a total of nearly 50,000 s.f. of finished space. The facility contains a 425-seat auditorium with jewelbox theater, conference and dining facilities, museum space, commercial kitchen, and museum storage. Considered a “Legacy Building,” the facility includes enhanced finishes and systems and is connected to an existing campus building.
