EAGAN, MN – July 2025 –

Earlier this summer, Hunt CFO Ron Somerville announced the promotion of Megan Clyne to Vice President of Human Resources!

Megan has been an integral part of the Hunt team for the past decade, starting out as an HR Generalist and HR Manager before serving as HR Director for three years leading up to her recent promotion. Before joining Hunt, Megan gained valuable experience working for a manufacturing and property management company. That experience combined with her own family’s ties to the construction industry made coming to Hunt feel like a natural fit.

For Megan, one of the standout aspects of Hunt is its culture. “I see our employees as genuinely happy to be here. It makes the HR space so much more rewarding when our people enjoy their work and the teams they’re a part of. It’s clear that our culture and engagement are key drivers of our long-term success.”

In her new role, Megan is excited to continue collaborating with Hunt’s talented team. Her vision is to create opportunities that empower both the organization and its employees to reach their full potential.

Why Hunt Electric? For Megan, the answer is simple: the people. “We are an ambitious group, full of high-level, talented, and genuine individuals who take pride in their work. Our employees consistently demonstrate their ability to make things better—whether it’s on a project, within their teams, with customers, or simply by showing up when it matters most. We have so much to be proud of and excited about for the future. I’m thrilled to be part of this team and to support the growth and development of our people and our organization.”

We couldn’t agree more, Megan! Congratulations on this well-deserved promotion—we’re lucky to have you on the Hunt team!
