EAGAN, MN – October 2025 –
The lunchroom was packed last Wednesday morning! And no it wasn’t because of a mad rush to the coffee machine or news of free donuts. It was for our annual Managers Breakfast!
The breakfast is a cherished tradition where the management team trades their usual roles for aprons and spatulas. It brought together employees from all departments for a morning of delicious food, camaraderie, and heartfelt gratitude.
The event was filled with smiles and laughter as employees enjoyed their meals and connected with colleagues in a relaxed, festive atmosphere. Some even sat next to someone they’ve never met and made a new friend! Many expressed their appreciation for the gesture, noting how much it meant to feel recognized and valued by the leadership team.
The Managers Breakfast is just one of many ways Hunt Electric fosters a culture of respect, recognition, and community. By creating opportunities for employees and management to connect on a personal level, the company continues to strengthen the bonds that make us a leader in the industry.
As the event wrapped up, employees left with full stomachs and a renewed sense of pride in being part of the Hunt Electric family.
