EAGAN, MN – July 2025 – The last Thursday of every July marks National Intern Day, and this year, Hunt and Baer celebrated in style! We invited all 16 of our interns to our Eagan Headquarters for a special day filled with inspiration, connection, and, of course, delicious food.
This year’s celebration featured a record-breaking number of interns—nearly four times the number we had when the program first launched. The day kicked off with a roundtable discussion where managers proudly introduced their interns, sharing details about their schools, fields of study, and impressive accomplishments.
The highlight of the event was a session with Hunt’s Executive Leadership Committee, who shared invaluable career advice that resonated far beyond the intern audience. Their tips included: aways ask questions and stay curious; embrace lifelong learning; and get comfortable with change—it’s inevitable and often leads to growth.
They also shared personal stories about mistakes they’ve made, the lessons they’ve learned, and their hopes for the next generation of professionals.
The celebration wrapped up with a lively taco bar lunch, giving everyone a chance to connect and reflect on the day.
Our interns are an integral part of the Hunt and Baer teams, and we’re proud to support their growth and development. We can’t wait to see where their journeys take them—and we hope to welcome many of them back as full-time team members after graduation!
