Evergreen Holdings Acquires Modular Power & Data, Expanding Electrical Manufacturing Capabilities  

Strategic addition strengthens ability to deliver integrated manufacturing and construction solutions across the electrical construction lifecycle 

EAGAN, Minn., June 30, 2026 – Evergreen Holdings Corporation, an employee-owned organization whose member companies independently and collectively deliver exceptional construction solutions, has acquired Modular Power & Data (MPD), a Wisconsin-based manufacturer specializing in power distribution solutions and modularized infrastructure products. 

 “Modular Power & Data is an exceptional match for Evergreen Holdings and a key addition to our growing manufacturing capabilities,” said John Axelson, chief executive officer of Evergreen Holdings. “This acquisition advances our strategy to build a more vertically integrated organization that can deliver greater value, speed and coordination for customers in mission critical – including data centers – as well as healthcare, renewable, and other complex markets.”  

Founded in 2020, MPD operates in Dane and Cudahy, Wis., and serves customers in mission-critical digital infrastructure, electrical construction, manufacturing and energy, developing a range of power distribution and modularized infrastructure solutions. MPD specializes in multiple UL-listed products, including a complete line of industrial and commercial switchboards (UL891), panelboards (UL67), automation control panels (UL508A) and remote power panels. MPD also produces precision bus bar solutions, generator docking stations, electrical enclosures and cabinets (UL50) and enclosed circuit breakers (UL489). 

Additionally, MPD is ISO 9001 certified, reflecting its focus on consistent quality, process control and customer satisfaction. Their products are built and tested in accordance with applicable NEMA, ANSI and IEEE standards, and UL listed to ensure safety and performance.
