Bloomington, MN – October 2024 – Dylan Skaro has been promoted to Financial Controller! Dylan’s new team will consist of multiple GL accountants, the Accounts Payable team, a financial analyst, and a tax accountant. His team will prepare financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to help management make timely and strategic decisions for the company.

Dylan found his passion for accounting early on, when he took an accounting class in high school. Since joining Hunt in 2013, he has been a pivotal part of the accounting team. Dylan has helped design reports in Qlik to help the company be more efficient; helped create the Annual Financial Plan and subsequent Quarterly forecasts; and he was involved in the creation of our current financial statement with a software called Spreadsheet Server.

With so many important projects under his belt, it is hard for Dylan to pick a favorite. But if he had to choose? “I have really enjoyed creating financial reports (Financial Statements and the Financial Plan) for Hunt Electric. These reports allow us to set goals, track our progress, and give us the data we need to make strategic decisions to move the company in the right direction.”

Dylan is excited to be a part of the continued growth of Hunt Electric and is happy to be at a company that offers the opportunity for individual growth.

We are excited to see him grow in his new role! Congrats, Dylan!
