The project is new construction of a 22-story mix-used tower that will be one of the tallest buildings in Rochester, MN. It will feature a Hilton hotel with 264 rooms, retail space, a restaurant, and 36 high-end apartments. The first floor will serve as the hotel’s lobby and include a restaurant. The next four floors will be retail space, with floors 6 through 17 holding hotel rooms. The highest floors are reserved for upscale apartments. Hunt Electric is responsible for the electrical installation, which will involve our in-house low voltage company, ECSI, for the low voltage systems, and our Power Solutions group for testing and certifications of the installation.
