BLOOMINGTON, MN – October 2024 – Some exciting news to share from our Purchasing Group – Belinda Grimm has been promoted to Assistant Buyer! Belinda’s new role will consist of helping the buyers within the Purchasing team enter purchase orders into Remarcable, finding quoted products and materials, and assisting with anything else the buyers need.
Belinda discovered her knack for purchasing at a previous job before starting with Hunt in 2022. In her time here, she has created numerous subcontracts requested by Project Managers, which has given her deeper insight into Hunt’s projects. She was also an integral part of our 2023 vehicle rebranding, as well as creating training material for the Purchasing team. Her favorite part of working at Hunt? The flexibility, benefits, and the people she works with!
Belinda is looking forward to learning about new materials, learning new skills, and applying the skills she already has to her new role.
We know she is going to do an excellent job in her new role! Congratulations, Belinda!

“I’ve noticed an increase of women in safety positions in construction in general. Overall there’s been an increase of women in the trades and I believe it’s due to the pre-apprentice program. Women get a feel for the position prior to actually joining the apprentice program. You find out quickly if this is something you’d like to make a career of.”
