Fourteen on Four Development

The project is a complete design/build renovation of existing 2-story, 15,000 s.f. late 19th century building. The building will include an incubation laboratory that will offer high-tech entrepreneurs a space for collaboration, a large co-working space on the second floor, and room for a café or restaurant on the ground level.
